• We ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico using reliable carriers. Please note that orders with a shipping address in Puerto Rico are not eligible for payment plans through Klarna.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once the package has been delivered to the shipping company.

• Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. We cannot modify it once the order has been processed.
